Frank Poncheri

Chief Human Resources Officer

Frank Poncheri joined Vertiv as Chief Human Resources Officer in September 2024. He leverages more than 15 years of HR experience to evolve and implement HR strategy in alignment with Vertiv’s business objectives. Core elements focused on high performance culture, global employee development, and excellence in talent management.

Prior to Vertiv, Frank held a ten year career at Owens Corning, a global building materials company. Frank was Vice President, Human Resources at Owens Corning from September 2022 and added Corporate Integration in May 2024 through August 2024. He also held HR divisional Director roles from January 2019 through September 2022, supporting Global Engineering and the European Region while based in the United States and Finland. This built on progressing HR Manager roles from August 2014 through January 2019, partnering with Manufacturing Operations across multiple locations in the United States.

Frank began his career with GE Aerospace,  having completed its renowned Human Resources Leadership Program in 2012. Upon graduation, he moved to support HR Manufacturing Operations as a Senior Specialist, Employee Relations, from July 2012 through August 2014, prior to joining Owens Corning.

He holds two degrees from The Ohio State University, Max M. Fisher College of Business – Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Labor Relations & Human Resources. Frank was also a 5 year member of The Ohio State University Marching Band.
