Yes, you can still submit a trade in request. The program accepts legacy units regardless of their working condition, as long as you can provide basic details like brand and model.
Do I need to uninstall and ship my old UPS before getting the new one?
No need to send your old unit first. The process allows you to purchase and receive your new UPS before the old one is collected for recycling, minimizing disruption to your operations.
Is there a limit to how many UPS units I can trade in?
You can trade in multiple units. Each eligible Vertiv UPS you submit may qualify for its own discount, making it ideal for businesses upgrading several systems at once.
