Background
When first evaluating data center infrastructure management (DCIM) systems for a primary data center and 25 edge locations, this leader in personal and commercial lines of property-casualty insurance needed a vendor-neutral solution that could communicate to multiple protocols such as BACnet, Modbus and TCP/IP.
